Arabica coffee is grown for the most part in Brazil, but you will also find it robust. In Brazil, coffee is sorted historically according to the port from which it is shipped to the world. As most coffees come from the vast Minas Gerais region, where the largest port is the city of Santos, you will first encounter coffee labeled Santos. Higher quality Brazilian coffees are then broken down by individual farms or micro-regions where they were grown.
